And even now I work on a field alone.
Recently the people who help Takao Nouen from and abroad are increasing year by year.
And more than 500 people come and help me in harvest season.

And I think the strain not to miss their best during the harvest season.
Picking opportunities are only once a year.
So I believe it is the mission for people who are concerned with olives to draw out the best taste of its olive variety.
